How We Can Help?
Tree removal is one of the most significant decisions a property owner can make. Done right, it protects your home, your family, and the surrounding landscape. Done wrong — or delayed too long — it can result in property damage, liability exposure, or the loss of a tree that could have been saved.
At Horizon Arbor Solutions, we approach every removal conversation the same way: with honesty. We don’t recommend removal unless it’s genuinely the right call. As your ISA Certified Arborist, our job is to give you an objective assessment — one that considers the tree’s health, structure, location, and risk level — before any decision is made.
When removal is the answer, we coordinate a clean, safe, professional takedown through our trusted field partners. We stay involved from the initial assessment through final cleanup, so you always have a certified advocate managing the process on your behalf.

After the Tree Is Gone — What's Next?
Removing a tree opens up new possibilities for your landscape. Here are a few things to think about:
Stump Grinding
If you don’t have the stump ground, it will decompose — slowly — and can attract insects, fungi, and other pests in the meantime. Grinding is the clean, efficient solution.
Replanting
In many cases, we recommend replanting in the same general area with a species better suited to the location. A smaller, better-placed tree can actually provide more long-term value than the one that was removed. We’ll advise on species selection, placement, and planting best practices.
Soil Recovery
Large trees influence the soil around them significantly. After removal, the soil may need amendment before replanting or landscaping. We can advise on what the site needs to recover well.
Monitoring Nearby Trees
If a tree was removed due to disease or pest infestation, nearby trees may be at risk. We’ll flag any trees that warrant closer attention and recommend a follow-up assessment timeline.
